Absences:

If your child is absent from school on any particular day, in the first instance, please log their absence through the HERO App. If you are unable to do this, please either send an email to the Office (office@stp.school.nz) or phone the Absence Line by 8.50 a.m. on the day of the absence.  Please clearly state the reason for your child's absence. If we haven't heard from you by 9.15a.m. and in the interests of child safety, it is our policy to telephone you to make enquiries.

For known future absences, please email your child's classroom teacher as well as the school office. If these absences are longer than 3 days, please include the Principal in your email.  donna@stp.school.nz.
