Trees, Bees and Me

Trees, Bees and Me is a fun, family-friendly story based on the adventures that children have in their own backyards, where they test their strengths and problem-solving skills with the help of whānau and the whenua.

Paremata Kindy Handprint Initiative

You may have noticed the hand prints in the tunnel on your journey to and from Kindergarten. With the amazing help from some wonderful helpers, we have been busy gathering hand prints of our current tamariki. Our aim is to hang these in the tunnel so they can be visited for years to come.  We welcome past whānau of Paremata Kindergarten the opportunity to come and have their hand print added to our tunnel. Please chat to kaiako to make a time to have these hand prints done.  If you know past pupils of Paremata Kindergarten who didn't have a chance to make a handprint over the last few years, please get them to contact the kindergarten to make this happen.
This is a fundraiser and will go toward a mud kitchen and other outdoor resources/spaces if possible.
Prices for handprints:
  • $10 for a single hand print.
  • $15 for two tamariki (each will get their own block)
  • $20 for a whānau/family
Please contact the Paremata Kaiako for more information or email paremata@wmkindergartens.org.nz

Insulmax Wellington

The Insulmax Wellington team have been insulating families’ homes for the past 18 years. We take great joy in listening to feedback and achieving solid results, which has deepened our understanding of creating warm, healthy, and energy-efficient homes.

We are passionate about making homes a warm sanctuary for families.  Being parents ourselves we also understand the important role schools play in families lives and we would like to donate $250 from every install of Insulmax accepted by your school community, to your fundraising committee.

We have the technology and experience to effectively and affordably insulate the walls of older homes. Insulating the walls of your home significantly reduces heat loss.  Your home will be easier and more cost effective to heat, and will retain it's heat for longer.  An added bonus is that your house will be quieter as outside noise is reduced.   We have thousands of warm, happy customers and you can read about their experiences on our google reviews page https://g.page/Insulmax-Wellington?gm or on our website https://www.insulmax.co.nz/reviews/

Insulmax utilizes a dry, inert, anti-fungal mineral fibre designed for installation in closed cavity walls without the need for renovation. It effectively handles moisture without the use of building paper and maintains its integrity over time.  We hold Codemark certification which demonstrates compliance with the New Zealand Building Code and is approved by every Council in N.Z.   Each wall insulation install is accompanied by a 50 year written guarantee.

Our desire to see families in warm homes means we are happy to provide a free home assessment.  We also understand that in this current economic climate, having various payment options is also helpful and we are happy to discuss these with you.
