Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our Term 2 powhiri and Mass of Welcome yesterday. The weather wasn't great but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
We congratulate Hannah Fitzsimons, our After School Care supervisor and teacher aide on her graduation last Thursday. We are all proud of you and understand the work that goes into completing a degree.
Our condolences, thoughts and prayers go to Trish and Hannah Fitzsimons, on the very sad passing of their much loved Mother and Grandmother. We hope you are able to celebrate the many happy times you have shared as a family, over the coming days.
Our Kids Online; This is a reminder about this presentation on 25 July, 6.30pm-8.30pm at Aotea College Auditorium. Gospel Reflection - Sunday, 28th May
Pentecost Sunday
John 20: 19-23
Today we see the Season of Easter end with the feast of Pentecost. On Pentecost Sunday, we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit that is given to the disciples of Jesus. With this gift, the disciples of Jesus were called to go and spread Jesus’ message, to baptise and forgive the sins of others. This same Holy Spirit is still with us today and we can draw on it to help us do what the disciples did; spread messages of peace, love and forgiveness.

A big, warm welcome to our newest new entrant, Harry Tweedie who has joined the students in Room 1. Harry is the brother of Niamh in Room 8 and the son of Hadley and Emma. Best wishes for many happy years here at St. T's!
In Room 7, we have been writing about taniwhas that take us to a magical land. We are using our imaginations and learning to use adjectives to make our stories interesting.
We have been training hard for the Cross Country event. We have been training three times a week. We are getting better and faster and fitter.
